Leaders Fulham held at lowly Barnsley

Harry Wilson rescued Fulham as the Wales midfielder's late goal earned the Championship leaders a 1-1 draw at struggling Barnsley on Saturday.

Wilson hit an 86th-minute equaliser for the Cottagers after Barnsley took a shock 44th-minute lead through Carlton Morris's penalty.

Marco Silva's side could have taken all three points when Wilson met Fabio Carvalho's cross with a back-post header that flashed agonisingly wide of the target.

Fulham are still odds-on to secure an immediate return to the Premier League as they sit 12 points clear of second-placed Bournemouth.

Goals from Dominic Solanke and Jamal Lowe saw Bournemouth end a run of two games without a win as they beat lowly Derby 2-0 at Dean Court.

Solanke's effort in first-half stoppage time put Bournemouth in front and Lowe bagged the second in the final moments.

Blackburn blew their chance to put pressure on the automatic promotion places as Andreas Weimann grabbed a dramatic stoppage-time winner in Bristol City's 1-0 victory at Ewood Park.

Bradley Dack was denied a fairytale return after a year out with a knee injury as he saw his second-half penalty saved by Robins keeper Daniel Bentley.

And Tony Mowbray's men were punished when Weimann fired home from a Joe Williams corner.

Callum O'Hare scored twice as Coventry shrugged off two consecutive defeats with a thumping 4-1 win over in-form Sheffield United, who fell to their second defeat in 13 games.

Keinan Davis opened the scoring after just 17 seconds to set Nottingham Forest on course for a 4-0 win over struggling Reading at the City Ground.

Jonson Clarke-Harris scored a last-minute penalty to earn bottom club Peterborough a 2-2 draw against Stoke.

Play-off rivals Millwall and Middlesbrough drew 0-0 at The Den.

Gary Madine's fourth-minute header earned Blackpool their third straight win with a 1-0 success against Swansea.

The games between Cardiff and Preston, and Birmingham and Hull both finished goalless.
