West Brom were relegated from the Premier League on Tuesday after Southampton beat fellow strugglers Swansea 1-0.

The win for Southampton lifts them to 16th in the table, three points clear of 18th-place Swansea who are now favourites to drop into the Championship alongside Stoke and West Brom.
